Guidelines for presentations

For your presentation you should prepare a PowerPoint*.pptx presentation that does not exceed the indicated presentation time. Slide size should be 16:9 widescreen. You can find the template on the Conference web page, Abstract section.

Conference rooms will be equipped with computer (PC, no Macintosh) Windows 11 Professional operating system, Microsoft Office 365. No overhead projector will be available.

Personal computers may not be used. If Macintosh is used to prepare the PowerPoint presentation, it must be ensured that it runs on PC with Windows 11 Professional.

PLENARY SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS

The overall presentation time will be 45 minutes.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS

The overall presentation time will be 30 minutes.

INVITED SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS

The overall presentation time will be 25 minutes.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

The maximum overall time for presentation and discussion of your abstract is 15 minutes.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Each author must print and bring his/her poster in a size of 178cm high x 95cm wide.

You must hang your poster, with the material provided in the room by the organization.

Posters that have not been removed at the indicated times will be removed and discarded by the Organization.
