Guidelines for presentations
For your presentation you should prepare a PowerPoint*.pptx presentation that does not exceed the indicated presentation time. Slide size should be 16:9 widescreen.
PLENARY SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS
The overall presentation time will be 45 minutes.
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS
The overall presentation time will be 30 minutes.
INVITED SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS
The overall presentation time will be 25 minutes.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
The maximum overall time for presentation and discussion of your abstract is 15 minutes.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters should be portrait orientation. Poster board dimensions are 1.78m x 95m but you can fit your poster size to smaller dimensions.
Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided in the poster bord area for poster display.
The presenters are responsible for mounting and removal of their posters. They are expected to be available at their poster for discussion during their assigned session.
Boards will be available from the morning to attach the posters. All posters must be removed at the end of the session
