“Accommodation in Heraklion - 21–24 September – Cultural Conference Center of Heraklion” from Lodgings ([email protected])

Please be aware that these companies are NOT ELIGIBLE to make hotel reservations for this conference and we advise that you DO NOT FOLLOW the instructions of the email.
Accommodation for the conference should be booked exclusively through the OFFICIAL EuroMOF 2025 website: https://www.euromof2025.com.

Instructions

Poster Instruction

Posters should be portrait orientation. Poster board dimensions are 1.78m x 95m but you can fit your poster size to smaller dimensions.
 
Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided in the poster bord area for poster display.
 
The presenters are responsible for mounting and removal of their posters. They are expected to be available at their poster for discussion during their assigned session.
 
Boards will be available from the morning to attach the posters. All posters must be removed at the end of the session.
